Typically, the breakdown of beef cuts includes 20-25% steaks, 25-35% roasts, stew meat, and short ribs, and 40-50% ground beef, patties or ground chuck. Once we get in touch, here's what to expect for the deposit: Full - $300, Half - $200, Quarter - $150. Amounts are subject to change.
Please note that the final price for your purchase will be provided upon submitting your request for whole, half, or quarter amounts of our meats.
